Hello Everyone,
Please remember that field cleanup is scheduled for this Saturday the 2nd down at the field. We have a fair amount of stuff on the list to get done so if you can make it down please come and give us a hand. There are showers in the forcast so please be checking e mails and the website for updates for the chance of having to use the rain date on the 9th. If you know you are going to be there and can shoot Chris or myself an e mail that would be great and if you need to play it by ear thats ok too and we hope to see you at the field.
Eric

Hello Eagles,
I just have a few quick things I wanted to share with everyone. If you see Chris, Larry or Steve please thank them for being the only three guys that could make it down to the field to empty the container this past weekend. I wanted to be there myself but was unable to attend and those guys got everything of importance out and did a great job so thanks. On this same note the water as of April 7th at 8pm was 20 feet from the gate on the South side and hopefully that is as far as it gets.
I know at the last meeting there were some questions about the TAG program. I can tell you with a 99.9% certainty that we got it. The check is supposed to be in the mail as of two days ago so until we get it I can’t be 100% but it should be a go for TAG please stay tuned for more information. Again a big thanks to all the members who made this happen and epically to Bob Kilmon he was and still is a big part of our TAG endeavor.
Field Cleanup has officially moved to May 2nd same time and place as before. I know some of you are saying why is this change happening and why not use the rain date. There were many regulars that were unable to make the first date we picked and since those are the guys that are a big part of making things possible we opted to change the date and still have the 9th as a rain day. We also know that Mothers Day can tend to be a weekend and not just a day so we were trying to stay away from the 9th for this reason as well. I hope this did not mess up any ones plans and sorry if it did but, this is a change hopefully for the best. Please keep an eye out for more changes as they may come up.
Also June 14th is the three club fun fly at the Tigers Derry field. Chris and I spoke with Bob Kilmon about this and things are moving along very well. If you are thinking about flying on the 14th of June this is the place to be. Food, fun and if everything goes well prizes for those lucky few who win. We would like a few people who are planning on going to give us and the Tigers a little help with setup and whatever else they might need so if that is possible please let Chris or myself know and as always any help is greatly appreciated.
That’s all for now thanks and hope to see you at the field soon,
Eric
