I replaced the lock on the main gate today.  The lock is the exact same model as the other one and the combination is the same.  In order for it to work smoothly you must open it by dialing the combination, then push in the lock shackle and then pull it open.  If you just try to pull it open it will not work, that is just the way it is made.  I will try to clean the crud out of the old one so we can rotate them.
