Eagles Minutes of June 2, 2002

Meeting started at 12:00.

There were about 20 members and a couple of guests present.

We have about $7500 in the treasury.

Dwayne asked for volunteers to sign up for mowing the field.

Rochester club has invited us to join them for a picnic at their field on June 15th.

Frank briefly went over the calendar of upcoming events.  We need volunteers to work on the Independence Day float and to be in the parade.  We plan to put on a flying demo on the 4th at 5:00.

Mark Duckworth will send a thank you note to the gentleman who helped us with our lawn tractor maintenance.

We are replacing some of the items that were stolen from the container.  Dwayne changed the lock combination.  Ask someone for the new combination.
