Attendance at about 15 members, with 3 in the woods looking for a plane J

 New members/ guests:. None.

 Officer Reports:

President: Frank Phillips:

Our Fourth of July float entry didn’t win an award this year, but was decorated well.  Nick’s flatbed was the float again this year.  3 members performed a 45 minute flight demo for about 100 spectators at the ballfield.

Sunday July 27th is our Hot-hot-hot Gremlin competition at the field from 10-2. Burgers, hot dogs and drinks will be served.

August 3rd from 8-10am volunteers will be needed to move the rearmost fence back a few feet to increase pit area. Eagles Cup will follow from 10-12noon. Our club picnic will be held the same day from 12noon on. There will things for kids.  Bring some food to share.

Volunteer participation is low and needs to be increased.

Sept 15-17th is the fall float fly. We need 30-40 people to volunteer 2hours.

October 4th is the Boy Scout NH Jamboree at Gunstock recreational area.  So far 5-6 volunteers have step forward.

Not too many students this year.  Three was the most at one time.

Thanks to all who are mowing the field this year.

When filling fuel tanks, please catch your overflow in a catch tank to preserve the grass in the pit area.

The town was receptive to grading the road and fixing the field’s sign, but haven’t called back yet (they were supposed to).

The container and gate were left unlocked once, please lock them if you are the last to leave.

If anybody has contact info for Mark Vesperille, please forward it to Frank.
