Minutes of July 7th, 2002By James Austin New Members: Walter Zakszewski Mark Versprille resigned as safety officer, Bob Terry appointed new safety officer The Club float won 3rd place in 4th of July parade, $50 prize Dave Beach, Joe Marrone, Jim Burns flew flight demo on 4th Duane replaced lock on container, old one jammed up Gremlin contest moved to July 27, from July 28 Weightlifting contest on July 28, Jim Burns not planning to enter July 14th, float fly at river Club picnic, weekend of August 24/25 Next meeting, SPAD in a day Frank bought a megaphone for club use Club hats are still available Duane needs volunteers for mowing $7150 in treasury
