SNH Flying Eagles: November 3, 2004 Club Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:30pm by Bruce Gruenbaum

Officers Reports

President : Bruce Gruenbaum

- Container: No new news

- Leader Club status valid through 2004

- Winter Carnival: No date set yet.

- Yankee Swap: December Meeting. Bring a $10-$15 wrapped gift. Flying related.

- Flea Market: Interest was shown. Frank Philips to organize. Date to be in April.

- Toys for Tots: Thanks! $572 raised. 24 toys donated. Letter of thanks should be sent to Sam Walker (sound truck) and Ernie at the Merrimack DPW.

VP : Dave Beach

- This Sundays is Eagles Cup event baloon bust slalom. Bob Terry to CD.

- Dave Beach is now an official AMA CD

- No Feedback yet on Frozen Fingers Fun fly

- Tonights program: CRASHER 3 DVD

Treasurer : Jim Austin

- Treasury reported. 93 members, 95 gallons of fuel sold year to date.

- We are missing 2 gallons of fuel.

- January 30th Club holiday party at the Merrimack Ground Round. $20 per head.

Secretary : Dave Majchrzak

- Letter will be sent to MasterLock this month regarding failure of our container lock.

Old Business

- Frank D’Agostino presented the club with photos taken at the Toys for Tots event. He dontated the prints and the negatives. Included was a blown-up photo of all the attendees.

New Business

- Frank Philips:

o Charles River Auction Nov 14th in Natick

o Central Mass Auction Nov 21st in Oxford

o Elections: Nominations in Feb. Elections in March.

o No pavement will laid on our access road until the boat ramp is finished.

- April 2005 is the 20th Anniversary of the Club.

- There was some interest in the possible new field location. A report from Gary is needed before further discussion.

- Joe Marrone: Cars have been parking in fire lane in front of Church. Please do not park there.

Meeting adjourned at 8:15pm. Officers meeting followed.
