Minutes of April 3, 2002 Meeting The meeting was called to order at 7:32 by Frank Phillips. There were about 40 members and 3 guests present The meeting was very quick, to give us plenty of time for the show and tell. Vice-President’s report none Treasurer’s Report Jim distributed the proposed budget for the year. The members approved the budget. Raffle tonight is a Northeast Aerodynamics Profile Warbird kit. Field Marshall Report none. Frank asked everyone to come to the field clean up day this week. Newsletter Editor Dave reminded us to never leave the locks at the field with the combination showing on them. Safety Officer none Other Business Flea market – sold two tables in advance so far. Next meeting we will finish covering the new club plane. Frank talked about the potential for the club to make a bulk fuel purchase. Many members are interested. Most people were interested if we buy the fuel in jugs. Only a few were interested if we buy fuel in a drum and have to fill our own jugs. The meeting adjourned at 7:45, for the show and tell. |
