Minutes of April 4, 2001
Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Frank Phillips.Treasurer's Report Treasury has about $3900, with about 90 paid members. Field Marshall Report Some snow on the field, with ice under the snow. Thank you for not driving in the lot while it is full of mud. Safety Officer Joe told us about a recall on the Hangar9 Edge 540 wing. There is a member who has been flying about 1 mile from the field. Joe will address this safety issue. Newsletter Dave thanked those who signed up to get an electronic copy of the newsletter and not get the paper copy. Vice-President's report None. Old Business Flea market date changed to April 28th, at the church. Note the new date. 9:00 - 1:00, setup at 8:30. $10 a table. New Business Budget was published in newsletter. Frank encouraged people to forego the paper copy of the newsletter to help save money. The members present approved the budget as printed. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 for the show and tell. |
