Minutes of August 5, 2001 MeetingThe meeting was called to
order at 12:00 by Frank Phillips. Treasurer’s Report Treasury has about $5890, with about 118 paid
members. Field

is in good shape. Al is planning on
more work to fix up the frequency board and some more painting. Newsletter

Business Dave
thanked people for helping at the Gremlin Combat event. Frank
said the club auction was a success, raising about $1400 for the club. Toys
for Tots: Mark V. is waiting for the sanction number from AMA.
Plans are moving along well. Merrimack
Landfill: Mark V. said we need Merrimack residents who know people in the town
government to follow up on the landfill closing plans to help us get use of the
landfill as an airfield. New
by-laws and safety rules were approved as written in the last newsletter. Club
Roster: we discussed publishing a roster of club members.
The decision was to publish it about once per year, available to club
members, never posted on the web. The meeting adjourned at 12:30. |
