Minutes of December 6, 2000 MeetingThe meeting was called to

Report We have about $3000 in the treasury.
Member renewals are coming in, so this is the time of year we take in a
lot of money. Field
Marshall Report Ed
found a person to plow the parking lot, for $75 per plow.
Still looking for something cheaper, but we will book this person soon if
we can’t find anything better. The
field got chewed up a bit by a vehicle that came in when the gate was open.
Perhaps the lock combination is known outside the club.

Fingers Fun Fly – Dick Easton asked for volunteer helpers, Jim Grady, Joe
Marrone, Joel Chappell volunteered. Still
looking for a couple more. Joel
presented some awards from the fall float fly.
Best Sports Aircraft to Dennis MacCallum, and Most Unusual to Mark
Versprille. Gerry
is arranging the club banquet at Florence’s in Merrimack, January 20th. Mark
sent a letter to Merrimack selectman Chris Christensen with our request to name
the field “Drobysh – Patterson Field”, and to designate our site as an AMA
flying site. New
Business Nominations for officers are coming up.
Mark and Steve are running again for their offices.
Joel and Ed are not running again. Frank
is running for VP. Still looking
for people to run for president, newsletter editor, safety officer, and field
marshall. The meeting adjourned at 7:50, with a raffle for a starter and the Yankee Swap. |
