Treasurer Jim Austin: Treasury reported. 123 ‘03/’04 members. 60 renewals so far in 2004. 7 gallons of fuel sold so far in 2004. A Slot Machine is today’s raffle prize.

Secretary Dave Majchrzak: Last months minutes were accepted as printed.

Field Marshall Duane: absent.

Safety Officer Dave Beach: No issues reported.

Newsletter Editor Mark Devins: No report.

Old business

	Banquet: Frank Phillips summarized the event at the Ground Round. Food was good. Awards handed out: Club Service – Bill Bootle, Best Crash – Bob Sylvester, Most Improved – Bruce Gruenbaum, Achievement – Bob Spear for his dedication to the Fall Float Fly. Eagles Cup awards were passed out in order of finish to those in attendance: 1^st – Jim Burns, 2^nd – Mark Duckworth, 3^rd – Dave Beach, 4^th – Bob Tanner.
	Frozen Fingers Fun Fly: Frank Phillips summarized the event. Over $300 in prizes were handed out. There was a good turnout. 1^st – Jason Fine, 2^nd – Bob Terry, 3^rd – Bob Sylvester, Door Prize – Jim Austin.
	Feb 2004 Eagles Cup: Dave Beach summarized. 9 Pilots showed up.
	US FIRST: Hitec 6-channel 75Mhz radio was delivered. March is competition at Verizon Center.

New business:

	Dave M.: RC scanner is commercially available for $130 if club is interested in diagnosing interference at field. No interest was shown.
