 Newsletter Editor Mark Devins

-          Absent.

Old business:

-          Frank Philips reported on his meeting with town.

o         Access road repair is supposed to be scheduled.  Frank requested black top, not dirt.

o          Improvements to the boat ramp that were voted in have no monies appropriated to them.  There are no monies allocated for 2004 or 2005 towards the boat ramp improvements.

o         Frank put a request in to remove a couple of inches of silt that has gathered under the bridge.  This buildup causes grief for our porta-potty company.

o         Inquired about use of dump as a possible flying site.  We would only have access when transfer station is open due to liability. (Tues – Sat:  7:30 – 4:30).  Would still need permission from State of NH.  Flat spot on top would be ~300’ before slope.  Current field is ~ 800’ long.  It is due to be capped by Nov 2005.  Map of dump plan shown to membership.  Planned for 340’ in elevation.  Mowing and maintenance would be performed by the town.  Club officers will try to get a visit of the dump, rough grading is done.

New business:

-          Al Fischer: Some members have videos out.  Please bring them back

-          Brian Redmond: He has found a red trainer almost completely in tact.  He will put it in the container.

-          Frank Philips: Showed a prop and some photos of a US government UAV used for comms and intel.

-          David Beach: SNHRCC is holding some events.

o         Sunday July 18th is a Gremlin Competition

o         Sunday July 25th is the weight lift competition.

-          Bruce Gruenbaum: Carrier Touch n’ Go will be August’s Eagles Cup event.

Meeting adjourned at 12:39pm
