AMA leader club paperwork for 2005 has been filed.
Working on budget. Get your expenditure requests in. Budget
review at April meeting.
Officers Meeting at Dave Majchrzak’s on Wednesday.
VP : Dave Beach
Snowmobile tracks in parking area. Beware of mud, stay up top if
parking area is too muddy.
March Eagles’ Cup is Take off, Loop and Land and is CD’d by Michael
Gruenbaum.
Instructor school is upcoming. Get the word out.
Treasurer : Jim Austin
Treasury reported. Membership for 2004/05 is 102.
Membership for 2005 only is 60.
Secretary : Dave Majchrzak
Minutes from last meeting were accepted as printed.
Club Charter for 2005 has been sent to the AMA.
Field Marshall: Gary Aubin
Field is in good shape. Parking area is plowed.
Potential New Field: No new status
10 keys to the container are in the container in the literature bin.
Available to members for a $5 refundable deposit.
Safety Officer: Chris Frost
Will review general safety rules at end of meeting.
Newsletter Editor : Bruce Gruenbaum

Deadline for Newsletter submissions is March 18th. Photos are
appreciated.
Old Business
Bruce Gruenbaum (reported by David Beach): Thanks to Dick Zoerb for
spending the day at the Winter Carnival.
Next month is Show n’ Tell in the main hall of the church.
New Business
Jay Francis (reported by David Beach): Need volunteers to head events
July 4th: Float setup in Dave Majchrzak’s driveway. Gary Aubin to
pull float.
July 4th Flight Demo: Brian Henderson
Float Fly: Chris Frost w/ help from David Beach
Toys for Tots: Gary Aubin w/ help from David Majchrzak (solicit
donations)
David Beach: Frank Philips to coordinate Flying Eagles jacket purchase.
Check club website for details. Let Frank know if you are interested.
Bob Kilmon: Recommended we get exposure at Old Home Days. They are
sending Bob info the 2nd week of March.
