Shane to call the container company. Asked club to find out what happened at container delivery time. We got a backhoe to put container in place. Recommended to settle out of court. Bank check will be held onto until resolution. - Bruce read Joel’s Float fly report: 14 registrants. Spent $90 on trophies. ~$30 in miscellaneous expenses. No 50/50 raffle. Event report will be going to AMA. Joel recommended to re-elect Don Krafft. - Our website received a very positive review in a local paper. - Toys for Tots is on Oct 17. Bob Brodeur to get in touch with Great Planes for donation. - Dec Meeting is the Yankee swap. - Frozen Finger Fun Fly is set for Jan 9th. Dave Beach said he submitted CD paperwork. Its currently waiting for Don Krafft’s approval. Event registration has been sent in. - Club Dinner at the Ground Round on Jan 30th. Jim Austin mentioned that GR is not scheduling that far in advance yet. Same buffet as last year. VP : Dave Beach - Eagles Cup ranking in newsletter is in error. Corrections to be made on website. - Thanks to the instructors. Nick Joyce has solo’d. Treasurer : Jim Austin - Treasury reported. 93 members, 87 gallons of fuel. - Today’s raffle is for a wing jig - Please submit 2004 expenses ASAP. - AMA renewals for 2005 are being processed. Renew you club membership when your AMA card comes in Secretary : Dave Majchrzak - Charles River Auction on. - Central Mass RC Auction on. - TFT donations: 3x $10 from Tower Hobbies, 2x Vortech spinners from Dave Brown Products, 3x 30% off coupons from Robart. 9x 1 year subscriptions from Air Age Media. Sig said no. Great planes said we need a dealers sponsorship. - TFT ads have shown up in Merrimack Journal, Merrimack News connection and should show up in Nashua Telegraph and Manchester Union Leader. - Jerry Leach mentioned that the Marines prefer cash over toys. KBToys gives the Marines a discount.
